The Claire is walking distance to the Biloxi Beach and is a quick bike ride or drive to downtown Biloxi, MGM Ballpark, local restaurants, museums, theatres, shopping, casinos and Keesler Airforce Base.

Experience the rare opportunity to enjoy the gulf breezes from your porch swing in one of Biloxi's very few historic beach homes.

Less than 1 block from the beach, The Claire at 145 St. Francis St., was built in 1925 and has survived Biloxi's two most devastating hurricanes - Camille in 1969 and Katrina in 2005. Imagine the stories the walls could tell!!!

The Claire is close to all that Biloxi has to offer - Beaches, downtown Biloxi, MGM ballpark, local restaurants, museums, theatres, shopping, casinos and Keesler Airforce Base.

The Claire has a beautiful fenced yard with fruit trees you can enjoy during your stay!

The Claire is fully furnished and sleeps 8 guests.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, platters, blender, toaster, snow cone maker, baking pans, etc. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & 2 coolers, washer and dryer, keyless entry, fiber internet, and ample room for everyone to spread out.

We provide the following essentials to get you started: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, 2 Keurig coffee pods, creamer & sweetener, 2 dish washer detergent pods, laundry detergent for 2 loads, dryer balls, hand soap, and an extra garbage bag.

Walk to the beach. Bike to downtown. If you are bringing a car you will have 2 spots in the driveway to park. Additional guests may street park on the Father Ryan side of the home.

*Rates shown do not include the garage. The garage is available for rent to you during your stay at an increased rate.

*There is an UNOCCUPIED studio apartment above it that is not included in your rental. The apartment will NOT be occupied during your stay; it is used by me for storage only. I will not interrupt your stay accessing the apartment.

It is my goal for your stay to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I will not show up unexpectedly; however, I am local and will address any issues or concerns as quickly as possible.

I manage The Claire myself. It is my goal that you enjoy your stay in every possible way. Upon booking you will have access to my personal cell phone and are encouraged to contact me directly if you have special requests, questions, etc. I will help to the best of my ability.  The Claire is offered for thirty-day and more bookings.

For the safety of our guest and our hosts, we use a 3rd party verification service called SuperHog to verify our guests. After booking you will receive an email from SuperHog requesting that you complete the verification process. You will be required to enter a valid ID. Failure to complete the verification and/or failure to pass the verification can result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.

Pets MUST be approved! If you plan to bring a pet, please send an inquiry prior to booking your reservation. Let us know about your fur baby (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee. This fee will be added to your pre-approval and sent to you for booking. We love animals and we want you to bring your fur babies; however, there are additional cleaning standards and charges from our cleaners for cleaning once there has a been a pet so it is imperative that we are aware that pets are coming and collect the pet fee. If you do not make us aware that you are bringing a pet (and receive approval and pay the pet fee), upon arrival with pets we will send a charge for a $500 non-refundable pet fee. If you do not pay it, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for your stay.
